It looks like it's been a while since you last expressed out loud over here... Haven't heard from you in ages! How are you getting on?

Back from the wilderness of silence!
After retreating, contemplating, visiting old friends, old monasteries, old friends in monasteries; after spending almost a year in a still sober and book-reading half light i finally step out again. It is autumn, early autumn, perhaps still summer outside but that in a good way very autumnish feeling of having rolled your sleeves up, having showered off summer's lazy blur, is clearly present.
Indeed it feels like i have managed to crawl out of something bad, to rid myself from a lot of silly, and artisticly devastating, ideas that somewhere, somehow crept into my mind. Anyone who has spent time with silence would know how healthy and sometimes hard-handed silence can be. But always cleansing if you give it time.
Plans for a new EP and a fresh start is leaving the abstract and hurrying it's way into the .. slighlty less absract reality.
All good on the Swedish front!
Dear beloved!
October descends into November and Sweden gets
cold and hostile.
You roll up your sleeve and sober up.
Summer was long and exhausting. So far this
years has meant 53 gigs.
Starting off at The nobel prize, followed by a
month touring, being the warm up act for
MIKA, album release and record signing tour. And
summer festivals.
I'm currently in the process of listening.Listening and
writing new material. Excavating myself. Visiting catholic
monasteries, historical places of importance. Exploring.
Cooling down. Sobering up.
Recently i went on a work shop with the american author
Marc Dupont. His message was clear. Artists should always
be risk-takers.The amount of creativity is not limited. An
artist must listen and be sober. And never ever camp out on
yesterday's success.
Hope everything is fine out there, and see you soon!
Warm regards
If you missed it, here`s a chance to hear my radio show from
last month. On "world music", opera, early punk-rock and
manchester-bands.

October descends into November and Sweden gets cold and hostile. Nevertheless I've always regarded autumn the time of rolling up your sleeves and collection yourself.
Summer was long and exhausting. We did quite a few gigs, and so far this year I've counted to 52 gigs all together.
Starting off with a quite late and hazy gig at The nobel prize, followed by a month touring with Tomas Andersson Wij, album signing tour and lastly the summer festivals.
I'm currently in the process of listening. Listening and writing new material.
My mission and ambition from now on is 100% honesty. Try it and you will realize it is harder then you'd expect.
After a workshop the other day with the american author Marc Dupont I got a strong sense of being on the right path. Artists should always be risk-takers, and never camp out on yesterday's success. The amount of creativity is not limited for the one who not only create, but also listens.
If you missed it, here`s a chance to hear my radio show from last week. In four episodes I guided the listeners through the miscellaneous landscape of my musical journey. World music, opera, some punkrock and heaps of manchester-bands.

Autumn falls upon us and I do my best dealing with the disintegration of everything. In writing songs, setting up a studio, buying an appartment and mostly listeing, trying to apprehend these fine, refined and subtle things in life after a busy and exhausting summer.
